I am well and safe back in Canada, back in Van…. My bags followed me by a day and a half, after having an adventure of their own through Paris. All 7 bottles of rosso vino, 1 bottle of olio and many chocolate treats all made the journey with great success and with zero heavy tariffs for me to pay! It really works out nicely getting your bags lost when importing a large amount of supplies.
It is like Christmas morning here in my apartment in Vancouver today. So many Italian nuggets I had forgotten I had purchased and packed – a treat.
I feel worn and haggard. Did not sleep well last night. Had a nap today. Booked a massage for tomorrow. Real life will commence shortly thereafter. I am looking forward to the next chapter.
