Hi Meg,

I'm a graphic design student from Toronto (York University/Sheridan) and I'm creating a book about fake chaos. I stumbled across a film set in the suburbs of Toronto this past summer and it spurred the topic for my book. I was really glad to run into your story because of the Vancouver "hollywood north" perspective and I was hoping I could use your image and possibly quote you from your blog entry with your permission of course. Specifically I really liked: "stumbling across the wreckage from a plane, hunks of metal puked ... etc" and perhaps touch on your idea of "novelty" wreckage.

Let me know what you think.
Eleni Alpous

ps. uhh this is pretty random i'm figuring so to legitimize myself here's my flickr ... hopefully it substantiate my design student status
