Last night I was online as Facebook changed to its new interface, I felt like I had just witnessed a shooting star or birth in the wild or something. I also have rejected people I haven't met or those that I would like to keep as real world friends. My tip regarding friendship requests is not to reject them, but just not to accept them. I have a number of friend requests pending which I don't plan to accept ever. It guarantees that they can't make a friendship request in the future. I also turn off the notifications to avoid being distracted alot. You have no idea how crazy Facebook is here at UBC.
