		<description>The forgiving part is probably my most favourite. Kinda like the unconditional love from a dog.

Also am loving the reminder that I need to do this all the time, which, like most yogis like yourself already get!</description>

		<description>Go Megan! I do yoga every day, if not every other, and it's a great thing to get into, whether one is looking for spiritual aspects or not. Perhaps the most agreeable thing about a good yoga practice is that it doesn't expect same or better performance every day, making room for the ebbs and flows of our bodies through daily life. I hope the 40 days doesn't overload your already radiant self :)</description>
